Teen Meeting & Top Golf

WE HAD A GREAT TIME AT OUR 2020 EVENT FOR TEENS.

HELD: Saturday, February 15, 2020

Parent Drop-off at SWOHF Office at 12:30 p.m. // Parent Pick-up at SWOHF Office at 5:30 p.m.

We'll start with a meeting at the SWOHF office to discuss 2020 plans.  After the meeting, we will head to TOP GOLF in Cincinnati via Executive Shuttle. We have three golf bays from 2:30 until 4:30 p.m. then we will return to SWOHF Office for parent pick-up at 5:30 p.m. Our time at TOP GOLF will include lots of great food, golf and even injectable donut holes! This event is limited to the first 15 who sign up (must be ages 13-19) & is for individuals with bleeding disorders or immediate family member from SWOHF community only.

Register early if you want to join us! Once you register online, you will receive an email with a form that is required to be completed by you or your parent/guardian (if under age 18) for your participation in this event. Submit that form ASAP after you register to confirm your place at the event.
